These Duplex Steel Hollow Bars are made up of 22–25% chromium, 4–6% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, with iron making up the rest, along with trace amounts of manganese and silicon. This unique dual-phase stainless steel features both austenitic and ferritic structures, providing a tensile strength ranging from 700 to 900 MPa, a yield strength of about 450 MPa, and an elongation of 25%. It boasts excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking, along with outstanding toughness, fatigue resistance, and dimensional stability even under high-stress and corrosive environments.
